Our production process consists of several steps depending on design, utility and colour scheme. Our creative inhouse-design team will help to transfer your ideas to a draft design and/or will produce casts. Our engraving department will then be able to produce a die and a sample of your preferred design, using precision CNC milling machines. Even though we use the latest state of the art machinery and manufacturing technologies, our engraving specialists are highly skilled artists and need to manually refine every single piece of work just the way it has been done for the last 200 years.

Hydraulic presses with up to 10,000 N will stamp the metal plaques with your motive. Choice of material, pressure ratio and stamping procedure is left to the expertise of our experienced minting specialists. Punching presses will provide the desired form and fringe of your medal or plaque.

Our galvanising department will craft your desired finish with glittering gold, matt-silver or brushed bronze to get a patina finish and antique style or polished steel. What ever your heart desires our experienced galvanising staff will cater for it. Finally our paint shop can paint most filigree emblems or coat of arms. Every single piece will be a crafted product and therefore a work of art.
